i know a lot of people are really paranoid about posting their “messy/sketchy” stuff, and they think everyone only wants to see finished+colored pieces, but i actually REALLY love seeing people’s doodles? like, there’s just something so intimate about it! am i the only one who thinks this? plus finished things are nice, but i think you can see a lot of someone’s talent at its finest and most raw when they just let loose and draw without worrying too much about the final outcome. that’s why i’m a huge fan of figure drawing too!

I love seeing peoples rough works, it’s very interesting. Plus it seems most line arts remove the “life” a sketch or doodle had? Not all line arts or finished works do that of course. Either way, it is also interesting to see a picture evolve from start to finish.

By the way; don’t stop your text posts, I enjoy reading them.

I’m not sure where the heck this embarrassing feeling for them comes, it really has felt like pictures need to be better for the public view even though after all it’s a ridiculous thought from a person who herself likes to see other peoples sketches and stuff. I guess it’s just part of my lurker-nature I need to get rid off.

But yeah, sometimes sketches tend to be more that something than the final outcome is, pretty much what you guys have already said in your posts now.

I agree with Shiro, your text posts are awesome. Never stop them.
